ISO 9001

Timber Pak have achieved full certification for ISO 9001 (Quality) – By far the world’s most established quality framework, which sets the standard not only for quality management systems, but management systems in general. This integrates seamlessly with the company’s ISO 14001 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001 (Health & Safety) certification through Integrated Management.

As stated in the company’s Quality Policy, implementation of an on-going management system review and evaluation, including formal internal audits and documented review by senior management ensures that the management system is complied with and that it continues to be suitable and effective, that management system improvement opportunities are identified and implemented and that all applicable legal requirements are complied with as part of this policy.

CE Marking

Our CE Marking declaration is another string to our bow.

CE Marking is a highly regarded declaration by organisations that the products we produce, meet all the appropriate provisions of the relevant standards and legislation implementing determined EU directives.

Timber Pak has a recognised CE mark for all timber products produced at our facility based in Ivybridge, Devon.

Q Mark

Timber Pak are the proud holders of the BMTrada Q-Mark certification allocated to one our products produced in our factory facility in Ivybridge. Our Timber Pak panels meet the selected requirements of prEN 14732 and the BM TRADA Q-Mark Scheme for Timber Frame Elements which are intended for Use as Load Bearing Wall Elements in Service Classes ‘SC1’ and ‘SC2’ as defined in EN 1995-1 1.

The team at Timber Pak are stringent in producing the highest of standards throughout all the products on offer. The Q Mark is the seal of approval and is a business excellence standard that reviews all aspects of our company’s performance and commitment to continuous improvement on an annual basis.

Greenlight Safety

TimberPak have improved and maintained the highest standards of safety in our factory facility and on each of our clients’ sites. We are able to give our clients the peace of mind that Timber Pak delivers an exceptional service and product under the stringent safety guidelines of the Greenlight Safety Assessment Scheme.

Greenlight Safety Assessment Scheme (GSAS) provides an efficient, cost effective and professional assessment process which has been approved by Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP). Timber Pak has successfully completed the Greenlight Safety Assessment Scheme as a contractor.

TRADA

We are a certified Professional Member of TRADA (the Timber Research and Development Association) – an internationally recognised centre of excellence serving the timber and woodworking industries, their suppliers and customers.
